The Pearland POA FOP as we know it was formed on Oct. 12, 1987, as an organization that promotes excellence in public safety. Since its formation, the Pearland POA FOP has worked toward achieving fair wages and working conditions for Pearland police officers, while ensuring they have the tools they need to protect our community.

The Pearland POA FOP has met with chiefs, city managers and even gone before City Council to advocate for better working conditions. While improvements for police officers and city employees has always been a root mission, the Pearland POA FOP has spent more funding on philanthropic causes than any other type of activity. We're proud of the relationship we've built with our community, and we look forward to strengthening that bond for years to come.

As public servants, we strive to improve the quality of life for everyone who lives, works, and does business in our community.
